American filmmaker David Lynch: a unique filmmaker, the likes of which we aren’t real likely to see again. Little Acorn Productions brings us a series of films spanning Lynch’s career, featuring stone cold classics and sometimes-overlooked gems. Admission to each screening is $5.00; proceeds go to benefit the California Fire Fighters Foundation (to support fire fighters in the Los Angeles firefighting effort and honor Lynch’s deep connection to Hollywood) and the Institute Library. Movies to be screened: Eraserhead; Dune; The Elephant Man; Blue Velvet; The Straight Story; Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me.
